Section 1210A of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ; 133 Stat. 1626) is amended— in subsection (b), by amending paragraph
(1)to read as follows: Amounts authorized to be provided pursuant to this section shall be available only for support for stabilization activities— in a country specified in paragraph (2); and that the Secretary of Defense, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State, has determined are in the national security interest of the United States; or in a country or region that has been selected as a priority country or region under section 505 of the Global Fragility Act of 2019 ( 22 U.S.C. 9804 ). ; in subsection (g)(1), by striking , Defense-wide ; and in subsection (h), by striking December 31, 2021 and inserting December 31, 2023 .
