Section 1034(a) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ; 132 Stat. 1954), as most recently amended by section 1042 of the William M.
(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ), is further amended by striking December 31, 2021 and inserting December 31, 2022 .
