Section 9006 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: Effective December 31, 2021, the Secretary shall transfer from the fund to the State Election Assistance and Innovation Trust Fund under section 8011 of the Freedom to Vote Act an amount equal to the balance of the fund as of such date, reduced by the amount of any payments required to be made from the fund under section 9008(i). .
