Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and quarterly thereafter, the Corporation shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a detailed report that— with respect to the first report submitted under this section, describes the progress of the Corporation with respect to the appointment and, if applicable, the confirmation of— members of the Board; the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation; the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation; and other officers of the Corporation described in section 103(a); and with respect to each report submitted thereafter, covers the period beginning on the date of the most recent submission of a report under this section and describes— new activities of the Corporation; and any activities of the Corporation that have concluded.
Each report submitted under subsection
(a)shall include, with respect to support provided by the Corporation— the name of the entity receiving the support; the location of the entity receiving the support; the amount of support provided; the nature of the support; if applicable, the term or duration during which the Corporation will provide the support; if applicable, the term over which the support will be repaid to the Corporation; and any other relevant details determined important or necessary by the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation.
