The Corporation may sue and be sued in its corporate name. A court of competent jurisdiction may prescribe a judicial remedy to the prevailing party in a lawsuit involving the Corporation. The Corporation may, on such terms and conditions as the Corporation may determine— settle claims arising as a result of support provided under title II; and arbitrate disputes arising as a result of support provided under title II with the consent of the parties. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a payment made under any settlement agreement entered into under paragraph (1)(A), or as a result of an arbitration award awarded under paragraph (1)(B), shall be final and conclusive.
The Corporation shall implement policies to accept electronic documents and electronic payments in every program of the Corporation.
