In this Act: The term appropriate congressional committees means— the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate; and the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives. The term Board means the Board of Directors of the Corporation. The term Corporation means the Industrial Finance Corporation of the United States established under section 102(a). The term project means a project or activity supported by the Corporation under title II.
