Section 8G(a)(2) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended by inserting the Industrial Finance Corporation of the United States, after the United States International Development Finance Corporation, . Section 8G(a)(4) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended— in subparagraph (I), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (J), by adding and at the end; and by adding at the end the following: with respect to the Industrial Finance Corporation of the United States, such term means the Board of Directors of the Industrial Finance Corporation of the United States; .
