The Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Office of Insular Affairs Technical Assistance Program, shall provide technical assistance for climate change planning, mitigation, adaptation, and resilience to Insular Areas under the jurisdiction of such Program. There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of the Interior to carry out this section $5,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2022 through 2026.
