Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall— conduct an assessment of how the various elements of the intelligence community are coordinating or collaborating with each other and with elements of the Federal Government that are not part of the intelligence community in their efforts to address anomalous health incidents; and submit to the congressional intelligence committees a report on the findings of the Director with respect to the assessment conducted under paragraph (1). The report submitted pursuant to subsection (a)(2) shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex.
