Section 103H(k)(5)(G)(i) of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3033(k)(5)(G)(i) ) is amended by striking within the and all that follows through policy matters. and inserting the following: “of the Federal Government that is— a matter of national security; and not a difference of opinion concerning public policy matters. . Section 17(d)(5)(G)(i)(I) of the Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949 ( 50 U.S.C. 3517(d)(5)(G)(i)(I) ) is amended by striking involving and all that follows through policy matters. and inserting the following: “of the Federal Government that is— a matter of national security; and not a difference of opinion concerning public policy matters. . Section 103H(k)(5) of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3033(k)(5) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Inspector General shall have authority over any complaint or information submitted to the Inspector General from an employee, detailee, or contractor, or former employee, detailee, or contractor, of the intelligence community. . Section 103H(k)(5)(G) of such Act ( 50 U.S.C. 3033(k)(5)(G) ) is amended— in clause (i), as amended by subsection (a)(1), by resdesignating subclauses
(I)and
(II)as items
(aa)and (bb), respectively; by redesignating clauses (i), (ii), and
(iii)as subclauses (I), (II), and (III), respectively; in the matter before subclause (I), as redesignated by subparagraph (B), by inserting
