In addition to any other funds made available in this Act or any other Act, there is appropriated $17,000,000 to carry out section 18(g)(8) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1769(g) ), to remain available until expended, of which $5,000,000 shall be used to establish a National Farm to School Institute to provide technical and practical assistance to Farm to School programs across the country and shall be located at Shelburne Farms in Shelburne, VT: , That notwithstanding section 18(g)(3)(C) of the Richard B.
Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1769 (g)(3)(c)), the total grant amount provided to a farm to school grant recipient in fiscal year 2022 shall not exceed $500,000. Provided
