There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out activities under section 454(d)(3) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 17113(d)(3) )— $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 and 2023; and $150,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 and 2025.
