The Secretary shall submit to the Committees on Energy and Commerce, Resources, and Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate a report on the findings and conclusions of the assessments under this section by not later than 18 months after the date of the enactment of this Act. The assessment and report to Congress shall be updated every 3 years thereafter.
