There are authorized to be appropriated a total of $5,000,000— to carry out part IV of subtitle H of title I of the National and Community Service Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 12653 et seq. ), as amended by sections 2 and 3 of this Act; and to carry out part D of title I of the Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973 ( 42 U.S.C. 4950 et seq. ).
