Section 9(g) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 ( 42 U.S.C. 1437g(g) ) is amended by striking paragraph (3). Section 9(c)(2)(A) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 ( 42 U.S.C. 1437g(c)(2)(A) ) is amended to read as follows: For allocations of assistance from the Capital Fund, $70,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2022, to remain available until expended. .
