The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1601 et seq. ) is amended— in section 604 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681b ), by adding at the end the following: If a person procures a consumer report, or causes a consumer report to be procured, from a consumer reporting agency in connection with evaluating a consumer applying for tenancy in rental housing, the consumer reporting agency shall provide to the consumer a copy of the consumer report. ; and in section 605(a) ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c(a) ), by adding at the end the following: Eviction judgments and related suits in instances of an eviction judgment that is in the favor of the tenant. .
