The Agency shall coordinate with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Commerce, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Education, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Security Agency, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, and other Federal agencies and State regulators, as appropriate, to promote consistent regulatory treatment of personal data.
