Section 2(g) of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended ( 22 U.S.C. 612(g) ), is amended by striking in electronic form and inserting in a digitized format in order to enable the Attorney General to meet the requirements of section 6(d)(1) . Section 6(d)(1) of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended ( 22 U.S.C. 616(d)(1) ), is amended— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking to the extent technically practicable, ; and in subparagraph (A), by inserting , in a digitized format, after includes .
The amendments made by this section shall apply with respect to statements, supplements, and amendments filed under section 2 of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended ( 22 U.S.C. 612 ), on or after the date that is 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
