Not later than 4 years after the regularly scheduled general election for Federal office occurring in 2024, the Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct an analysis of the extent to which post-election audits under section 303C of the Help America Vote Act of 2002, as added by section 3011(a), have improved the administration of elections and the security of election infrastructure in the States receiving such grants. The Comptroller General of the United States shall submit a report on the analysis conducted under subsection
(a)to the appropriate congressional committees.
