The Clayton Act ( 15 U.S.C. 12 et seq. ) is amended by inserting after section 29, as added by section 509 of this Act, the following: In this section: The term distributed product means a good or service that is distributed by a person other than the person which manufactures or provides the good or service. The term distribution market means the geographic and product markets for the distribution of a distributed product. A person with monopoly power in a distribution market, that also offers a product or service that competes with a distributed product in the distribution market in which it has monopoly power, may not engage in discrimination in that distribution market that harms competition in the market for the distributed product. .
