In this Act: The term antitrust laws means— the Sherman Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1 et seq. ); and the Clayton Act ( 15 U.S.C. 12 et seq. ). The term Assistant Attorney General means the Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. The term Executive agency has the meaning given that term in section 105 of title 5, United States Code.
