Section 4144 of the SAFETEA–LU ( 49 U.S.C. 31100 note; Public Law 109–59 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(1), in the second sentence, by inserting , including small business motor carriers after industry ; and in subsection (d), by striking September 30, 2013 and inserting September 30, 2025 .
