Section 24320 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in the section heading, by striking and inserting business line and asset plans ; service line and asset line plans in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1)— by striking of each year and inserting , 2020, and biennially thereafter ; by striking 5-year business line plans and 5-year asset plans and inserting 5-year service line plans and 5-year asset line plans ; and by adding at the end the following: During each year in which Amtrak is not required to submit a plan under this paragraph, Amtrak shall submit to Congress updated financial sources and uses statements and forecasts with the annual report required under section 24315(b). ; and in paragraph (2), by striking asset plan required in and inserting asset line plan required under ; in subsection (b)— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting business ; service in paragraph (1)— in the paragraph heading, by striking and inserting business ; service by striking business each place such term appears and inserting service ; by amending subparagraph
