Any funds made available under this Act that are used to fund an apprenticeship or apprenticeship program shall only be used for, or provided to, an apprenticeship, or apprenticeship program, that meets the definition of the term involved in section 2 of this Act, including any funds awarded for the purposes of grants, contracts, or cooperative agreements, or the development, implementation, or administration, of an apprenticeship or an apprenticeship program.
