Section 147 of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection
(h)and inserting the following: There are authorized to be appropriated out of the Highway Trust Fund (other than the Mass Transit Account) to carry out this section— $110,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; $112,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; $114,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $116,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; and $118,000,000 for fiscal year 2026. .
