Section 114 of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5106h ), as so redesignated by section 105 of this Act, is amended by striking subsection
(a)and inserting the following: In addition to any funds appropriated under paragraph (3), there are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this title $270,000,000 for fiscal year 2022 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2023 through 2027. Of the amounts appropriated for a fiscal year under paragraph (1), the Secretary shall make available 30 percent of such amounts to fund discretionary activities under this title. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 108 such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2027. .
