In this Act: The term Bureau means the Bureau of Land Management. The term Department means the Department of the Interior. The term Director means the Director of the Bureau of Land Management. The term emergency means a situation that requires immediate action because of an imminent danger— to the health or safety of people; or of harm to property. The term range improvement has the meaning given the term in section 3 of the Public Rangelands Improvement Act of 1978 ( 43 U.S.C. 1902 ). The term State means the State of Wyoming.
