Section 2371 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (e)— by striking paragraph (2); in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking
(1); and by redesignating subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)as paragraphs
(1)and (2), respectively; and by amending subsection
(h)to read as follows: The Secretary of Defense shall issue guidance to carry out this section. . Section 2371b(b)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking Subsections (e)(1)(B) and (e)(2) and inserting Subsection (e)(2) .
