The State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 is amended— in section 402(a)(2) ( 22 U.S.C. 4352(a)(2) ), by striking 26 and inserting 20 ; and in section 404(a)(1) ( 22 U.S.C. 4354(a)(1) , by striking 30 and inserting 25 .
