Sec. 1651. Report on re-alerting long-range bombers

Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Air Force shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report containing— a cost estimate with respect to re-alerting long-range bombers and air refueling tanker aircraft in the absence of a ground-based leg of the nuclear triad; and an assessment of the impact of such re-alerting on force readiness.
