Section 130(a) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ; 132 Stat. 1665), as most recently amended by section 127 of the William M.
(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ), is further amended by striking for fiscal years 2019, 2020, or 2021 and inserting for fiscal years 2019, 2020, 2021, or 2022 .
