Sec. 1067. Biennial assessments of Air Force Test Center

Not later than December 1 of each of 2022, 2024, and 2026, the Secretary of the Air Force shall submit to the congressional defense committees an assessment of the Air Force Test Center. Each such assessment shall include, for the period covered by the assessment, a description of— any challenges of the Air Force Test Center with respect to completing its mission; and the plan of the Secretary to address such challenges.
