Section 3132 of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 ( 50 U.S.C. 2569 ) is— transferred to title XLIII of the Atomic Energy Defense Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2565 et seq. ); redesignated as section 4306B; inserted after section 4306A; and amended, in subsection (f)(6), by striking December 31, 2023 and inserting December 31, 2028 . The table of contents for the Atomic Energy Defense Act is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 4306A the following new item: Sec. 4306B. Acceleration of removal or security of fissile materials, radiological materials, and related equipment at vulnerable sites worldwide. .
