Subsection
(h)of section 2808 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (division B of Public Law 108–136 ; 117 Stat. 1723), as most recently amended by section 2806(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (division B of Public Law 116–283 ), is further amended— in paragraph (1), by striking December 31, 2021 and inserting December 31, 2023 ; and paragraph (2), by striking fiscal year 2022 and inserting fiscal year 2024 . Subsection (c)(1) of section 2808 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (division B of Public Law 108–136 ; 117 Stat. 1723), as most recently amended by subsections
(b)and
(c)of section 2806 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (division B of Public Law 116–283 ), is further amended— by striking subparagraphs
(A)and (B); by redesignating subparagraph
(C)as subparagraph (A); and by adding at the end the following new subparagraphs: The period beginning October 1, 2021, and ending on the earlier of December 31, 2022, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military activities of the Department of Defense for fiscal year 2023. The period beginning October 1, 2022, and ending on the earlier of December 31, 2023, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military activities of the Department of Defense for fiscal year 2024. . Subsection
(c)of section 2808 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (division B of Public Law 108–136 ; 117 Stat. 1723) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The total amount of operation and maintenance funds used for a single construction project carried out under the authority of this section shall not exceed $15,000,000. The Secretary of Defense may waive this limitation on a project-by-project basis. This waiver authority may not be delegated. . Subsection
(b)of section 2808 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (division B of Public Law 108–136 ; 117 Stat. 1723) is amended— by striking 10-day period and inserting 14-day period ; and by striking or, if earlier, the end of the 7-day period beginning on the date on which and inserting , including when .
