Section 2279b of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (d)(2)— by redesignating subparagraphs

(D)and

(E)as subparagraphs

(E)and (F), respectively; and by inserting after subparagraph

(C)the following new subparagraph (D): Alternative methods to perform position navigation and timing. ; and in subsection (h), by striking National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 and inserting National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 .
