Section 1250 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 1068) is amended as follows: In subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking funds available for fiscal year 2021 pursuant to subsection (f)(6) and inserting funds available for fiscal year 2022 pursuant to subsection (f)(7) ; in paragraph (3), by striking fiscal year 2021 and inserting fiscal year 2022 ; and in paragraph (5), by striking Of the funds available for fiscal year 2021 pursuant to subsection (f)(6) and inserting Of the funds available for fiscal year 2022 pursuant to subsection (f)(7) .
In subsection (f), by adding at the end the following: For fiscal year 2022, $300,000,000. . In subsection (h), by striking December 31, 2023 and inserting December 31, 2024 .
