The second section 118a of title 10, United States Code (relating to the quadrennial quality of life review) is redesignated as section 118b. The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 2 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to the second section 118a and inserting the following new item: 118b. Quadrennial quality of life review. . Subsection
(c)of section 118b of title 10, United States Code, as redesignated under subsection (a), is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: Support services for Gold Star families. .
