Section 658I of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 9858g ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking paragraph
(2)and inserting the following: collect, publish, and make available to the public a listing of State child care standards, including licensing standards, health and safety standards, and the standards described in clauses
(i)and
(ii)of section 658E(c)(2)(W), at least once every 3 years; ; in paragraph (3), by inserting and after the semicolon; in paragraph (4), by striking this subchapter; and inserting this subchapter, which shall include information about evidence-based curricula that are developmentally appropriate and support development across the essential domains of early childhood development. ; and by striking paragraph (5); in subsection (b)(2)(A), in the matter following clause (ii), by striking State allotment and inserting State payments ; and by striking subsection (c).
