Section 658F of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 9858d ) is amended— by striking the section heading and inserting the following: ; in subsection (a), by striking or recipient of a child care certificate ; and in subsection (b)(1), by striking section 658O(c)(6) and inserting section 658O(b)(5) .
