Section 310B(i)(2) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1932(i)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (C), by striking and at the end; by redesignating subparagraph
(D)as subparagraph (E); and by inserting after subparagraph
(C)the following: increase resilience by adapting to and mitigating the effects of climate change; and .
