The Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, the Director of the National Economic Council, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, the Director of the National Science Foundation, the Secretary of Commerce, and the Secretary of Energy shall, as applicable, coordinate with respect to activities of— the university technology centers established under section 8A(d)(6) of the National Science Foundation Act of 1950; the regional technology hubs under section 28 of the Stevenson-Wydler Technology Innovation Act of 1980, as added by section 7; the Manufacturing USA Program established under section 34(b)(1) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Act ( 15 U.S.C. 278s(b)(1) ); federally funded research and development centers;
National Laboratories, as defined in section 2 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 15801 ); and Federal laboratories, as defined in section 4 of the Stevenson-Wydler Technology Innovation Act of 1980 ( 15 U.S.C. 3703 ).
