Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: 9902.33.57 Foldable treadmills, each equipped with a button-release locking mechanism required for folding the running deck for storage and releasing the deck from the storage position for use; such treadmills capable of wireless data exchange and each incorporating a touchscreen console having a diagonal display measuring over 44.4 cm (provided for in subheading 9506.91.00) 0.5% No change No change On or before 12/31/2023 .
