Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: 9902.33.47 Stationary exercise cycles, each comprising a bicycle component connected to a base frame by pivots designed to partially rotate the bicycle component on a longitudinal axis, moving it side-to-side in response to the shifting weight of the user to simulate the rocking motion of an outdoor road bicycle (provided for in subheading 9506.91.00), the foregoing other than goods described in any other heading of this subchapter 1.1% No change No change On or before 12/31/2023 .
