Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: 9902.33.43 Stationary wind-resistance exercise cycles, each with pivoting handlebars with dual-position horizontal handgrips and rotating foot pedals that drive a large, caged axial fan (provided for in subheading 9506.91.00), the foregoing other than goods described in any other heading of this subchapter Free No change No change On or before 12/31/2023 .
