Chapter 201 of title 51, United States Code, is amended— in section 20133(2), by striking property and all that follows through to the United States, and inserting Administration personnel or of property owned or leased by, or under the control of, the United States ; and in section 20134, in the second sentence— by inserting Administration personnel or any after protecting ; and by striking , at facilities owned or contracted to the Administration .
