In this Act: The terms elementary school , high school , local educational agency , and secondary school have the meanings given those terms in section 8101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7801 ). The term appropriate committees of Congress has the meaning given such term in section 2 of the National Quantum Initiative Act ( 15 U.S.C. 8801 ). The term Interagency Working Group means the Interagency Working Group on Workforce, Industry, and Infrastructure under the Subcommittee on Quantum Information Science of the National Science and Technology Council.
W ork Program The term Q2Work Program means the Q2Work Program supported by the National Science Foundation. The term quantum information science has the meaning given such term in section 2 of the National Quantum Initiative Act ( 15 U.S.C. 8801 ). The term STEM means science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
