Section 3203(b) of the Substance Use-Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities Act ( Public Law 115–271 ) is amended to read as follows: For grants under subsection (a), there is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $4,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2024. . Section 3260 of the Substance Use-Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities Act ( Public Law 115–271 ) is amended to read as follows:
To carry out this chapter, there is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2024. .
