Subsection
(d)of section 201 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 121 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: To provide timely threat information regarding election infrastructure to the chief State election official (as defined in section 3601 of the For the People Act of 2021) of the State with respect to which such information pertains. .
