The Secretary of the Navy shall continue, through fiscal year 2023— to perform the responsibilities of the Department of Defense executive agent for the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School pursuant to section 352(b) of title 10, United States Code; and to provide such support as may be necessary for the continued operation of such school.
