The Secretary of the Air Force is authorized to enter into one or more contracts for the procurement of a digital mission operations platform for the Space Force. A digital mission operations platform procured under subsection
(a)shall include the following capabilities: The platform shall be capable of providing systems operators with the ability to analyze system performance in a simulated mission environment. The platform shall enable collaboration among such operators in an integrated, physics-based environment.
